With our extensive and modern machinery, we produce all imaginable cylindrical toothing (up to a diameter of Ø 2,000 mm). We produce both internal and external toothing in our climatized production hall. Toothing that is larger than Ø 2,000 mm is produced elsewhere in the PWT Group. The possibilities are endless!

Worm sets in every size

Besides gears and gearboxes, PWT Bierens also produces worm wheels and worm shafts. We do this observing all common standards, also for worm wheels sets with a CAVEX profile. Multistart worm shafts are no problem for us. For the finishing, you can choose between hard milling or grinding. Regardless of what you choose, you can always count on a high-quality finished product.

Other machining possibilities

We also perform other machining operations, such as slotting, soldering and sparking of keyways and internal splines. Our machinery includes a modern Wire EDM.
