Custom gearboxes for large machinery
We design and produce custom gearbox assemblies for heavy machinery applications where standard off-the-shelf solutions do not meet the load, size, or interface requirements. Our engineering team works from client specifications or develops the gearbox design in-house based on the duty cycle and installation constraints. All internal gear pairs are produced in our own facility, giving us direct control over quality and lead time.
Replacement and upgrade components
For existing machines where the original drive components have reached the end of their service life or where performance needs to be improved, we produce replacement gears and gearboxes manufactured to the original specification or to an upgraded design. We work from original drawings or reverse engineer from the worn component where drawings are no longer available.
Single precision gears
Where a machine requires a single large or complex gear rather than a complete assembly, we produce individual external gears, internal gears, and pinions in any module and diameter within our manufacturing range. Each component is produced and inspected to the accuracy class required for the application.
